Change Your Life in 30 Days – Day 1: A New Beginning

Join me in following Rhonda Britten’s “Change Your Life in 30 Days”.

Day 1 is all about being true to yourself and honestly decided what you want to change over the course of 30 days.

I shared my goal for the next 30 days: To create a daily & weekly schedule that includes 30 minutes per day of physical exercise (defined as yoga, walking, or strenuous yard work), 2 hours per day dedicated to working on my business, and connecting with two friends per week (defined as emailing, texting, or reaching out on Facebook).
